1、電(dian)容器極間介質能承受下列二種(zhong)試驗電(dian)壓之(zhi)一,歷時10s。
a. 工頻交流(liu)電壓:Ut(~)=2.0UNb. 直流(liu)電壓:Ut (一)=4.0UN
2、電容器(qi)的實測電容值與額(e)定值之差不超過額(e)定值的-2%~+3%。
3、電容器在工(gong)頻(pin)額定電壓下,溫(wen)度為20℃時的損耗角正切值(tanδ)為:帶內熔絲電容器:tanδ≤0.02%,不帶內熔絲電容器:tanδ≤0.015%。
4、放電(dian)電(dian)阻(zu):電(dian)容(rong)器均內(nei)置放電(dian)電(dian)阻(zu),放電(dian)電(dian)阻(zu)10min內(nei)由√2UN下降至75V或50V以(yi)下。
5、短路(lu)放電(dian)能力:電(dian)容器(qi)10min內耐(nai)受(shou)5次2.8UN短路(lu)放電(dian)。
6、熔絲隔離(li):上限電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓為(wei)2.5√2UN,下限電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓為(wei)0.8√2Un,熔絲動作后,斷(duan)口承受(shou)3.5UnE直流試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(UNE為(wei)元件(jian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓)和2.15UNE交流試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓。
7、局部放電性能
1)極間局部放電
將電容(rong)器加壓(ya)至局部(bu)(bu)放電起始后(hou)歷時1s,降壓(ya)至1.35UN保(bao)(bao)持10min,然后(hou)再將電壓(ya)升至1.6UN保(bao)(bao)持10min,此時,無明(ming)顯(xian)局部(bu)(bu)放電。對于嚴寒地區,電容(rong)器在溫度下限時局部(bu)(bu)放電熄滅電壓(ya)不低于1.2UN。
2)極對殼局部(bu)放電(dian)(dian)熄(xi)滅電(dian)(dian)壓
極對(dui)殼(ke)局部放電(dian)熄滅電(dian)壓不低(di)于1.2Um(Um 為(wei)最高(gao)運(yun)行線(xian)電(dian)壓)。
8、過負載能力
1)操作過電(dian)壓:電(dian)容器能承受第一個峰值不超(chao)過2√2UN持續(xu)1/2周期的過渡過電(dian)壓。
2)最大允許(xu)電(dian)(dian)流:電(dian)(dian)容器允許(xu)在由(you)于電(dian)(dian)壓升高及高次(ci)諧波造成(cheng)的有效(xiao)值(zhi)為1.3In 的穩定過電(dian)(dian)流下運行(xing),對于電(dian)(dian)容具有最大正偏差的電(dian)(dian)容器,這個過電(dian)(dian)流允許(xu)達到1.43倍。
