1、電容(rong)器極(ji)間介(jie)質能承受下列二種(zhong)試驗(yan)電壓之一,歷時10s。
a. 工頻交流(liu)電壓(ya):Ut(~)=2.0UNb. 直流(liu)電壓(ya):Ut (一)=4.0UN
2、電容器的實(shi)測電容值(zhi)與額定值(zhi)之差不超過額定值(zhi)的-2%~+3%。
3、電(dian)容(rong)器(qi)在(zai)工頻額定(ding)電(dian)壓下,溫度(du)為20℃時(shi)的損耗角正切值(tanδ)為:帶內(nei)熔絲電(dian)容(rong)器(qi):tanδ≤0.02%,不帶內(nei)熔絲電(dian)容(rong)器(qi):tanδ≤0.015%。
4、放(fang)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)阻:電(dian)(dian)容器均內置放(fang)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)阻,放(fang)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)阻10min內由√2UN下降至(zhi)75V或(huo)50V以(yi)下。
5、短路放電能(neng)力:電容器10min內(nei)耐受5次2.8UN短路放電。
6、熔(rong)絲隔離:上限(xian)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)為2.5√2UN,下限(xian)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)為0.8√2Un,熔(rong)絲動作(zuo)后,斷口承(cheng)受(shou)3.5UnE直流試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(UNE為元(yuan)件電(dian)壓(ya)(ya))和2.15UNE交流試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。
7、局部放電性能
1)極間局部放電
將(jiang)電容器(qi)加(jia)壓至(zhi)局部放(fang)電起始后歷時1s,降壓至(zhi)1.35UN保持(chi)10min,然后再(zai)將(jiang)電壓升至(zhi)1.6UN保持(chi)10min,此時,無(wu)明顯局部放(fang)電。對(dui)于嚴寒地區,電容器(qi)在溫度下(xia)限(xian)時局部放(fang)電熄滅電壓不(bu)低于1.2UN。
2)極對殼局部(bu)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)熄滅(mie)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)
極對殼(ke)局部放電(dian)熄滅電(dian)壓不低于1.2Um(Um 為最高運(yun)行線電(dian)壓)。
8、過負載能力
1)操(cao)作(zuo)過(guo)電(dian)(dian)壓:電(dian)(dian)容器能承受第一個峰值不超過(guo)2√2UN持續1/2周期的過(guo)渡過(guo)電(dian)(dian)壓。
2)最大允(yun)許(xu)(xu)電流:電容器允(yun)許(xu)(xu)在由于(yu)電壓升(sheng)高及高次諧波造成的有(you)效值為(wei)1.3In 的穩定(ding)過電流下運行,對(dui)于(yu)電容具有(you)最大正偏差(cha)的電容器,這(zhe)個過電流允(yun)許(xu)(xu)達(da)到(dao)1.43倍。
